Sidecar · ElevenLabs × Hack-Nation
Your best engineer won't be here forever.
Sidecar runs alongside your best engineer. An AI apprentice that watches them deploy on Thales Ops, asks why at the right moments, maps the judgment behind every step, and teaches the next engineer by voice.
01
Capture
The expert shares their screen and deploys. Sidecar stays quiet, then asks short why-questions while the build runs.
02
Map
A debrief closes the gaps, Sidecar explains the process back, and it becomes a Work Map of steps, reasons and guardrails.
03
Teach
A voice tutor coaches a new hire on their own screen and stops them before they break one of the expert's rules.
